Quick Lift Assessment Service

If you are new to process improvement or at the beginning of a process initiative, our Quick Lift mini assessment might be what you’re looking for.  This is a practical 30—40 hour onsite assessment of your organization’s current process position, and it is designed to establish two benchmarks:  first, we compare your current practices to the industry model you’re wishing to adopt (CMMI, ITIL, or ISO 9001); second, we identify your SWOT position: Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Tasks.  As a result you emerge with a valid picture of where your organization stands, and where it may need to move to in order to achieve your process and quality objectives.

Activities:  Interviews with management, interviews with selected technical team members, reviews of project approach documents, artifact evaluations, process overviews.
